DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

How to use+

MONTH 1: Apply 2 dosages on clean skin in the morning and before sleeping. MONTH 2 ONWARD: Apply 1 dosage in the morning and another at night. Massage on the face, neck, wrists, ankles, and forehead. Avoid oily areas. IF YOU MENSTRUATE:: Use it from day 12 to 26 of your cycle. IF YOU DON'T MENSTRUATE:: Use it for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break and repeat.
